All orders over £75.00 are sent free in the UK. & Europe, except in the case of some heavy items such as dolls houses and transformers.
DELIVERY
Items are securely packaged and we endeavour to despatch within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays of the courier or postal service. However, if you have a particular delivery deadline please inform us by phone or email
VAT
All prices appearing in our collection include VAT.
GUARANTEE
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. However, in the unlikely event that you are not, then the goods may be returned to us within 21 days of purchase together with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. You must contact Magpie’s Dolls Houses & Miniatures BEFORE returning the goods to explain the reason for the return. We will exchange the relevant items, or if out of stock an alternative product, or refund your money. The returned item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging. All goods are to be returned at your risk and expense and so we would advise taking out the necessary safeguards to ensure proof of delivery and insurance. We regret that we can only refund postage costs if goods are found to be damaged or faulty. We cannot refund postage costs as a result of a change of mind.
The terms of our trading policy do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
